Alaraby TV, owned by Fadaat Media, is an Arabic-language public broadcaster that recently took the strategic step of migrating two operational channels (as well as its headquarters, production, and delivery services) from London to Doha.
Alaraby’s Doha-based facility’s networking infrastructure is based on Imagine’s Selenio Network Processor and Magellan Control System.
The design and implementation rely on the latest SMPTE ST 2110 IP technologies for networking and playout.
This new updates to IP core ST 2110 have also allowed Robit Architect to be added to the system to improve operational flexibility.
Primecast, thanks to its team of experts, managed the Tally and UMD systems for this prestigious project with a high-profile client, taking advantage of our Robit’s Architect orchestrator.
With Architect, Alaraby has also achieved the ability to centralize Salvos, operate Matrix and Mixer Automation, as well as control Cameras and PTZs.
